Baltimore County Villages Advisory Council

Resilire engaged with older adults and community leaders through the Baltimore County Villages Advisory Council to introduce the GUIDE Model and explore how communities can better connect people living with dementia and their families to available resources and support.
A community Quick Pulse identified awareness, information, and navigation needs. All three participating Villages requested additional engagement, opening the door to continued collaboration across Baltimore County.

Resilire is building relationships across the dementia care ecosystem in Maryland, connecting communities, health systems, aging services, dementia care programs, public agencies, universities, and community organizations.
Our role is not to duplicate existing resources, but to help make the ecosystem easier to understand, navigate, and strengthen.
